We want you to love your cap. If you don't, here's how returns work.
Return window
14 days from delivery.
Condition
Caps must be unworn, with all tags attached, in original packaging.
Process
- Email info@hzrd-eg.com with your order number and reason.
- We confirm and send return instructions.
- Ship the cap back. Return shipping inside Egypt is free for exchanges and paid by the customer for refunds (deducted from refund amount).
- We inspect within 2 business days of receipt.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. COD orders are refunded via bank transfer or Vodafone Cash.
Exchanges
Free of charge within Egypt for size or color changes (subject to availability).
Defective products
Free replacement — email us a photo within 14 days of delivery.
Non-returnable
Items used, washed, or with embroidery damage caused by misuse cannot be refunded.
