Shipping & Returns

Shipping (Egypt)

• Cairo & Giza: 1–3 business days.
• Alexandria, Mansoura, Tanta, Sharm, Hurghada, other governorates: 3–6 business days.
• Flat rate shipping: _XX EGP_ (set after carrier contract is finalized).
• Free shipping on orders over _XXX EGP_.
• Orders placed before 14:00 EEST (Cairo time) ship the same business day. Orders placed Friday ship Sunday.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We accept Cash on Delivery across Egypt. The carrier collects payment when the cap arrives. Please have exact change when possible.

International (coming soon)

We're working on shipping outside Egypt. Drop your email on the homepage to be the first to know.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided:

• The cap is unworn and in original condition.
• All tags are still attached.
• The original packaging is included.

To start a return, email info@hzrd-eg.com with your order number. We'll send you the return instructions.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. COD orders are refunded via bank transfer or Vodafone Cash — your choice.

Exchanges

Exchanges for a different color or model are free within Egypt — we'll cover the return shipping.

Faulty items

Defective stitching, broken hardware, etc. are replaced free of charge — just send us a photo at info@hzrd-eg.com.
