Size & Care

Sizing

All HZRD caps are one size, fits most (adjustable). Head circumference fit range: 55 cm – 60 cm (21.6" – 23.6"). The structured cap adjusts via the plastic snap closure on the back. The daily cap adjusts via the antique metal buckle.

Fabric

  • Structured cap: 100% cotton twill — holds its shape, sharp brim.
  • Daily cap: 100% washed cotton — soft, breaks in over time.

Embroidery

  • Structured cap: dense 3D puff embroidery on the front panel.
  • Daily cap: flat embroidery on the front panel.

Care instructions

  1. Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap whenever possible.
  2. Hand wash cold if needed. Use a soft brush around the embroidery — never scrub directly on the threads.
  3. Do not machine wash. Do not tumble dry. Do not put in the dishwasher (yes, people do that).
  4. Reshape while damp and air dry on a round object (a bowl, a ball, your fist).
  5. Iron only the underside of the brim if needed — never iron the embroidery.

Treat it well, and it'll outlive most things in your closet.
